The past academic year has seen Cumnor shortlisted for a number of prestigious education awards – it is a huge privilege and an acknowledgement of the strength of our community.
Starting the 2023/24 academic year, we were delighted to be featured by Tatler in their 20th anniversary edition of Tatler Schools Guide in the shortlist for ‘best prep school in the land’! The selection process is rigorous and we are incredibly grateful to our parental body for their nominations.
This rural prep is a dream for parents who want their children’s early years to be ones of innocence and outdoor experience without compromising on classroom rigour.

The Spring Term bought with it news of a sixth successive win for Cumnor Nursery in the daynurseries.co.uk Top 20 Nurseries Awards based on our consistent, top score reviews. Good news continued into the Summer Term which saw us awarded as finalists in the Dynamic Performing Arts category of Muddy Stilettos Best Schools Awards in association with Debretts Education 2024 and shortlisting for the Independent Prep School of the Year category in this year’s Independent Schools of the Year Awards.
